Our Work & Impact
Our work has helped anchor architecture education in Somalia for the first time, inspiring young professionals, influencing university policy, and strengthening public appreciation for design and heritage as part of civic life. We believe architecture begins with awareness and understanding how spaces shape everyday life.

We have worked with Somalia’s leading universities to build architecture education from the ground up, developing national curricula, mentoring faculty, and helping establish the country’s first architecture programs.

We have initiated and led architectural heritage and conservation efforts in Somalia, including the introduction of the country’s first academic courses in this field. Through documentation, fieldwork, and research, we are contributing to the preservation of endangered sites and reconnecting communities with their built history.
